Personal data protection

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the personal data collected via the site's forms is processed by Zenao Appartements, the data controller, to handle users' requests and, where they have consented, to send them the newsletter. It is never transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set guidelines on what happens to your data after your death (Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act). To exercise these rights, write to communication@appart-one.com: we reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

The site itself sets no cookies. It measures its audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookie, no persistent identifier, no cross-site tracking, aggregated statistics only. The measurement script does, however, read some technical information in the browser (page viewed, performance): this reading falls under the consent exemption provided by Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act for strictly necessary audience measurement, as accepted by the CNIL. That is why no consent banner is displayed.

The only cookies that may be set, without consent because they are strictly necessary, are Cloudflare's technical security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance), which tell human visitors from bots; local storage also remembers your display preferences. Full details are in the privacy policy.
